Sector II - Zêzere Upper
The “Zêzere Upper”, presents slow and very soft currents with some rifles in between. The bottom consists essentially of small stones and sand. The predominant fish are trout (Salmo Trutta), bordalo (Euciscus carolitertii) and barbo (Barbus barbus) and boga (Chondrostoma polylepis). The average depth ranges from 50 cm to 1 m depth and the width varies between 10 and 20 meters. The most common fishing it is done with dry fly, nymph and wet fly fishing techniques that usually guarantee many catches.
